The Opportunity:
We are looking for a bright, capable and creative Events Assistant with a proven track record in event organisation and management to work across our brands, from DTC Live through to the Portobello Road shops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the logistics for a variety of events, ensuring each event is executed flawlessly from concept to completion. These events include our well established monthly workshops, through to our twice per year flagship conferences and summer socials at Royal Ascot.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, and partners, providing them with strategic opportunities to engage with our audience.
- Coordinate with venues, caterers, and service providers to ensure high standards of event quality and attendee satisfaction.
- Assist in the creation of event materials, including brochures, promotional content, and digital assets.
- Be creative we have thriving communities and we could run additional events across our brands
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A solid background in event management, with demonstrated success in organizing and executing highcaliber events.
- Knowledge: Ideally you'd have a working knowledge of London venues suitable for events.
- Communication: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Creativity: A creative mindset, with the ability to conceptualize and deliver unique event experiences that resonate with our audience.
- Drive: The ambition to exceed expectations, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance our events portfolio.

£26,496.00-£35,440.00 per year
