Description
Manufacturing Support Admin Provincial Park (will need to travel between sites) Mon to Fri 37 Hours per Week

Main Purpose of Job:


To support the needs of the Manufacturing process mainly as a system administrator, but will also be actively involved in Improvement projects, Walk the floor routines and generating various daily/weekly reports.


Key Tasks and Accountabilities:
 Update and reporting out on various KPI's trackers using Microsoft Excel, Power point and Word documents.
 Utilising business Software, such as Tropes, Q-Pulse, Autoform, etc
 Analysing data and reporting out on our Cimco software, which use used to measure factory performance.
 Update Time and attendance system and maintain holidays request forms.
 Monitoring adherence to Operational Preventative maintenance and pre-sue checks.
 General document control (scanning, QA checks, filing, kitting list, etc)
 Support the daily/weekly walk the floor routines (Quality & Safety)
 Raising Purchase Order requests and booking in goods received
 Practice and always enforce a high standard of Health and Safety
 Support Annual Stock count normally planned over the 2nd weekend of November each year (dates TBC)
 Maintaining training records

Suppliers

Knowledge
 Very good understanding of Microsoft package, such as Excel, Word and Power Point
 Ideally from a manufacturing background used to an industrialised environment.
 Knowledge of procurement processes

 Confident with good communications skills

Experience
 Have previous experience in a similar role
 Computer literate with a very good knowledge of Microsoft package
 Previous factory experience and used to working on the shop floor
