Southam Selections are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive working for an Insurance Brokers who can fit into their well established small team.
They are looking for someone who can deal with inbound calls and correspondence and deal with allof their Customer Service needs.
You need to be completely customer focussed as well as friendly and compassionate and exceed all of the customers expectations.
You don't need to have worked in a similar environment as they will provide full training but they want someone who is reliable and someone who is hard working and wants to stay long term / progress within the business.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm
The company are based within walking distance to Harlow train station and there is a car park if you drive.
Duties include;
- Supporting the Motor Team with the policy administration
- Validating and verifying documentation
- Calculating and adjusting premiums as required
- Completing Insurer requests in a timely manner
- Enforcing cancellation for nondisclosures, nonpayment, nonsubmission of documentation and any terms imposed by the Insurer
- Ensuring Compliance with both internal and external regulations and guidelines
- Focus on Customer satisfaction after sales calls
- Record all correspondence between all parties to maintain a clear audit trail
- Handle queries relating to Direct debits and Finance agreements
- Manage all client queries over all accessible platforms

- You have strong communication skills and can work as part of a team as well as individually
- You are computer literate Determination and the drive to achieve KPI's
- Good Telephone manner and confident taking calls
- You are friendly, compassionate, and understand exceeding customer expectations
- You can communicate in a manner to develop and maintain positive relationships, mutual trust and confidence
