Description

Can you operate CNC Lathes Machines? We are currently working with a multi-million-pound automotive component manufacturer who is looking to recruit several machine operators in Coventry.

You will be required to work a rotating shift of 1 Month Day shift, then followed by 1 Month Night shift:

Day Shift:

06.30am - 2.45pm (Monday - Thursday)

Friday's 06:30am pm

Night Shift:

7.30pm am (Monday - Wednesday)
Thursday - 7.30pm am

Pay Rate
£ £16.00 DOE

Daily Requirements:
You will be responsible for setting CNC machines, follow a setting sheet where required
Manual handling such as loading / unloading raw materials on and off the machines
Responsible for off-sets and tool tip changes as well as basic cleaning and machine maintenance
Quality checking parts with various measuring equipment such as Vernier callipers and micrometres
Working unsupervised and in small cells when and where required
Finishing products to a high standard

Person Specification:
Previous experience working in a CNC manufacturing environment
Good eye for detail, ensuring products are manufactured to a high standard
Able to work shifts (days and nights)
Must live local to Coventry
