Great Yarmouth Adult Community Mental Health Services are looking to recruit a conscientious, calm and confident individual to become part of the well established administration team.

This role will be supporting the Clinical Team Managers with management support admin.

The team are based at Northgate Hospital in Great Yarmouth and provide adult mental health treatment in the community.

Do you have excellent communications skills and a keen eye for detail?

Can you effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities?

This role is offered on a permanent contract. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Previous administration experience is essential. Full training will be given.


You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems.

You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining confidentiality are also essential.


Duties include but are not limited to:
Diary Management

Minute taking

Ordering

Recruitment / Interview support

Staff rotas

Annual leave / sickness reporting

Logging of supervisions / appraisals
