The main responsibilities for the HR Administrator role are:
As an HR Admin Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations

On boarding Assistance:

Support the on boarding process for new hires, facilitating orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

Communication: Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and external parties, providing timely and accurate information or directing them to the appropriate resources.

Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Event Coordination: Participate in the planning and execution of HR-related events or training sessions.


The Successful Applicant:


  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic HRIS (Human Resources Information System) usage.
  • Previous experience working as a HR Admin.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
