Site Manager
Leeds based up to £40,000 per annum plus a van

Do you want to work for a small friendly well established main contractor?

Do you want to work locally work in the west Yorkshire region?

Benefits Package

Basic salary circa £40,000 per annum
Company van or car allowance

pm site hours with a 3 pm Friday finish

30 days annual leave

Work on industrial and commercial fitout projects from small repairs to projects worth £1 million
Mainly local work in the West Yorkshire region
Project values range from £30k to £1 million

Are you?

SMSTS, First Aid and asbestos awareness qualified
A handson Site Manager
Experienced in managing fitout/refurb projects

The Role

The Site Manager will

Oversee one fitout/refurb contract at a time
Manage direct labour and subcontractors
Report to the Contracts Manager and provide progress updates
Carry out site inductions and have health and safety responsibility
Order materials for the site
Unload deliveries and ensure the site is tidy
