    Description

    Mobile Electrical Engineer

    Coleshill is the main base, but travel will be across the Midlands to areas such as Warwick, Shrewsbury, Birmingham, Derby, and Nottingham.

    Brief

    A well-known facilities management organisation in the Midlands seeks an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer with a strong electrical background.

    Requirements

    The successful candidate must hold their 18th edition certification, Electrical Testing and Inspecting - 2391 ticket, and have a keen interest in becoming a Mobile Electrical Engineer.

    Main Duties

    1. Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time.
    2. Complete relevant paperwork regarding PPM, reactive, and breakdown works.
    3. Update customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times.
    4. Identify and record plant failures using quotation forms.
    5. Rapidly remedy plant faults and defects to maintain plant in serviceable order.

    Experience Needed

    • A recognised industry qualification
    • Previous experience is essential
    • QC Number required
    • Edition 18 is essential
    • Electrical Testing and Inspecting 2391
    • Trade qualified Electrician
    • Legionella awareness (preferable)
    • Asbestos awareness (preferable)
    • MEWP Licence (preferable)
    • First aid trained (preferable)
    • Computer literate
    • Fluent in English both written and oral
    • Valid driving licence
