Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a Geo-Environmental/Geo-Technical Engineer to join one of our prestigious clients, on a full-time permanent basis, at their Nottinghamshire office.


Working hours, salary and benefits:

- £23k to £30k per annum (depending on qualifications & experience)

  • Yearly bonus
  • Monday to Friday,
  • 08:30 to 16:30 or 09:00 to 17:00
  • When working on site we often leave the office between 7/8am so flexibility is essential

As a Geo-Technical Engineer your duties would include:

  • Office work as well as site work, involving some heavy lifting
  • Carrying out borehole drilling, core logging and sampling to produce reports
  • Site investigation report writing
  • Undertaking site visits
  • Minimum of 6 months experience, or experience in a similar role
  • Appropriate BSc in Geology/Earth Sciences
  • Good professional geoscience skills both academic, written and communication
