Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join an award-winning law firm.

Our client is an award-winning full-service law firm with offices spread across London, Surrey and Berkshire. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Legal 500 rated Corporate team in Camberley, Surrey.

The role will involve assisting the Corporate Governance team


Duties will involve:

carrying out company and completion searches, providing advice and assistance to property management companies, providing assistance with statutory register write ups, CompaniesHouse filings, providing due diligence assistance and running data rooms for corporate transactions to the department, etc.
