The role

We are on the lookout for fun and engaging personalities who have a passion for delivering great experiences for our customers. You are the face of TeamSport customer service and must always strive to deliver a world-class customer experience whilst maximising secondary spending throughout all key areas. As Front of House Crew Member, your key role will be based in the reception area of the business.

What you will be doing

• Meet and greet customers, providing a fantastic customer experience for all
• Handling payments
• Handling and managing stock
• Up selling offers, events & merchandise
