  • Change Manager
6 month contract

Hybrid

  • London/Waterloo
  • A change manager with
    Gas and/or Power Trading experience

  • Someone who has led change and communication activities on a programme of organisation change and / or
    complex IT transformation
:

Must be someone who has worked at the level where the impact of the change is taking place directly with end users.
-
Must be able to put journey plans in place, set communication strategy, deliver comms plan, assess training needs of workforce, sense impact of business change.

  • Able to document processes and capture change impact.
  • Experience with an Endur implementation is a welcome bonus.
  • Ideally experienced in standard process modelling notations like BPMN 2.0
  • Stakeholder analysis
