Multi trade Operative required.

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Tradesmen to join us as we look to grow our In-House Projects Team.

As a company S H Projects LTD are going from strength to strength, and due to our natural growth over the past 4 years, we are seeking a new team member who has a real passion and drive for what they do.

You will be working alongside our existing team members on commercial fit outs. Works will mainly be located in the Midlands close to our head office at the NEC.

Hours can be varied however can be flexible depending on different site requirements.

You will receive 28 days Holiday which include the general public Holidays.


About you;

• Joinery/Carpentry
• Fitting doors, kitchens, floorboards.

• Plumbing

• Fitting bathrooms/kitchens, changing taps, repairing toilets.

• Plastering

• Patch repairs/whole walls, ceilings or rooms.

• Decorating

• Painting walls, ceiling and woodwork, wallpapering.

• Electrical

• Replacing light fittings, installing plug sockets.

Salary:
£120.00-£160.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

• West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
