ISS provides integrated facilities management services to a client with a national portfolio in the UK. There is a requirement for contract support to join the governance & performance team, the role will be responsible for the administration of key systems and support management by leading administrative projects. As one of the largest contracts within the Key Account portfolio, this is an opportunity within an exciting and ever-growing contract.

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to provide a key coordination and delivery function to the whole contract. You will ensure that key administrative functions are delivered by yourself and support other members of the team in the daily tasks.
***
Key Responsibilities
***-
Raising Purchase Orders and maintain cost trackers

:

-
Invoice review, receipting and dealing with invoice queries

:

-
Maintain and update the Quote Register and WIP

:

-
Admin support for Head of Retail & H/O and supporting branch closures

:

-
Logging and submitting monthly overtime - variable pay submissions. Ensuring salaried staff get overtime or call-out benefits

:

-
Ad hoc admin support for the contract Senior Leadership team

:

-
Coordinate salaried payroll processes including monthly overtime

:

-
Coordinate and support the other processes as and when required

:

-
Establish and maintain excellent working relationships based on open and honest communication with the ISS team to ensure confidence in our business processes

Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with ISS Financial Procedures and the Quality Management System.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Requires specialist knowledge and high degree of initiative, creativity with a wide scope for discretion

Desirable experience of CAFM Systems and Purchase Order platforms

Administrative management

:

-
Proven track record of achievement within an administrative function

:

Experience working with private sector commercial clients

:

Working in a fast-paced deadline orientated environment

Knowledge of financial basics
