£24,000 - £26,000 Plus Commission and Overtime

The Parts Advisor role:

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a very important role in achieving our organisational goals.

With great product knowledge and a passion for delivering great customer service, a Parts Advisor will use excellent communication skills to provide a seamlessservice to customers and be sure to retain them for the future.

Knowledgeable and professional, you'll work in your team to maximise upsell opportunities whilst delighting our customers.

You will have the drive and determination to succeed in a demanding environment.

To qualify for this position, you must have a proven track record in the delivery of great customer service and experience in an automotive environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Understanding the customer journey experience and being committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service.
  • Providing accurate estimates for parts, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved.
  • Encouraging the sale of extra parts, accessories and services to benefit our customers.
  • Coordinating all parts sales to make sure that customers and Technicians are always able to have the parts they need when they need them.
  • Coordinating with the Service Department for efficient parts deliveries.
  • Introducing the customer to the appropriate service department to discuss details of the work that is required, where this will add value to the customer.
  • Ordering parts promptly and notifying customers on arrival.

About you:


  • Relevant experience in an automotive environment.
  • Be able to interact with customers to deliver a great service.
  • Work efficiently under pressure.
