Job Title:
Financial Controller (Construction Experience)

Reports to:
Finance Director

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights to the Finance Director and senior management
Manage the annual audit process
Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed
