The Role:


Our Commercial team is growing We're looking for a highly motivated, commercially astute and data driven
Head Of Lead Generation with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies.


As the Head of Lead Generation, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and spearheading the company's overall growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive QiH's Lead Generation growth objectives
  • Lead the sales team in developing effective strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets
  • Drive the sales process, including prospecting, pipeline management and deal negotiation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with commercial partners
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with performance
  • Analyse market trends, competitive positioning, and partner feedback to inform business development strategies
  • Collaborate closely with wider Commercial Team to align business development efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Take responsibility for your team's performance and career development

About You:


  • Minimum 5yrs previous experience
  • Experience in the iGaming sector is desirable, but not essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing sales funnels and commercials
  • Proven ability in building relationships and a track record of closing new business
  • Profit focused and KPI driven
  • Highly numerate, analytical and target driven with the proven ability to deliver ROI
  • Excellent problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
  • First class communication and presentation skills
  • Obsessive about monitoring and driving performance
  • Highly organised, selfdriven & proactive
  • Experienced in motivating, coaching and developing a diverse and remote team
  • You thrive when working as part of a team
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment
  • Last but not least, you'll have no ego
