Salary:
£26,000-£30,000

My client are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team in Wigan, Greater Manchester.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems.

You will work closelywith the team to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.


To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
