Number One Mortgages, an established mortgage advice firm based in Shoreham By Sea are seeking a Sales Administrator to directly support the Company Director.

This is a newly created role and will initially be a short term contract with the intention to make permanent.

As a Sales Administrator, your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Finding out information from lenders both online and on the phone
• Basic mortgage research using software
• Life assurance quotes using software
• Prepare the director for client appointments
• Using data given to send mortgage product renewal letters to clients
• Using data given to send mortgage product renewal letters to clients
• Stock control for stationary, print toner and staff welfare
• Assist Director with company and office admin
• Dealing with Adhoc projects as required by the company

To be successful in this role, it will be essential to have administrative work experience. It will be beneficial if you have some exposure to Mortgages.

Salary & Hours:

• Part Time hours per week 3, 4 or 5 days a week)
• Basic pay £22,000£24,000 pro rata + bonuses based upon time management and accuracy
