Description

East community Rehabilitation Team are a small and dynamic therapy team providing community physiotherapy and occupational therapy to adults with physical health issues within the Easington Locality for Intermedaite care and domicilary support.

The team also works collaboratively with the community nursing services working over a 6 day rota providing same day response for patients with nursing/ rehab and care needs that require a 2 hour response to address.


As part of ongoing development within the team we are looking for another dynamic band 3 Therapy Assistant to join us.


You will have the opportunity to be involved with service development as part of the wider community therapy services and an opportunity to develop your clinical and leadership skills within the supportive environment of the east therapy team.
