• Managing imports and exports from point of booking until delivery/shipment
• Quoting customers and ensuring all bookings are profitable
• Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders throughout each booking lifecycle
• Ensuring all stakeholders are kept fully updated and provided required information
• Ensuring all systems/spreadsheets are kept fully up to date
• Monitor arrival dates and update clients of any change/rearranging haulage as required
• Building/maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers
• Invoicing clients
• Working week is Monday to Friday
• Core working hours are 09:00 17:30
