Are you the proud owner of a DB qualification (G60/AF3/AF7/AwPeTr, or equivalent) and possess an inquiring mind?

Have you previously worked in either complaints, file-checking, or as a paraplanner?

We have a superb opportunity for a Senior Complaints Resolution Officer to work within a high-profile business.

This is a hybrid role working 2 days from home, with offices just outside of Leeds and great transport links (bus and rail).

The role will alsoprovide development for the individual; additional responsibility to support the existing Manager, allowing them to focus on other areas of the business.

Core areas within the role include:

  • Conduct investigations into complex complaints, using FCA DISP and FOS guidelines
  • Calculate and pay redress to clients
  • Liaise with FOS, where required
  • Report to Senior Management regarding DB complaints
  • Escalate advice or compliance issues, as required
  • Deputise for Complaints Team Manager
