The Supply Room is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist School in Lymington, Hampshire, supporting students aged 7-19 with a diagnosis of Autism.


This is a fantastic permanent opportunity, with a 16-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day 1, offering a competitive pay rate of £95 - £100 per day.


As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism in developing essential Life Skills.


Whether working on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, you will help students access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

Previous experience working or volunteering with children or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential.


This full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm, offers the opportunity for long-term commitment and career growth within the Specialist School.
