We are currently looking for an
IT Field Support Technician for our client to provide support for internal staff, members, and overall community by responding to inquiries and support requests.

The IT Field Support Technician receives andresponds to inquiries through the IT ticketing service.


Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Support all users in setup, maintenance and repairs including laptop computers, peripheral devices, printers, and projectors.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose/resolve problems.
  • Install new hardware and software
  • Create and maintain accounts and security groups in Active Directory
  • Technical documentation and FAQs


  • IT Ticket Management

  • Logs tickets and coordinates ticket resolution
  • Provide guidance to users on how to operate software
  • Work with equipment vendors
  • Computer or network equipment shortages

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

Required Experience: 1+ years' experience as an IT technician.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows ecosystem
  • Knowledge about networking e.g. cabled and Wifi networks
  • Other requirements:
  • Excellent diagnostic and problemsolving skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Understanding of diverse computer systems and networks

Other preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Certification as IT Technician (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Cisco, etc)
