As a driven and ambitious MI/Data Manager you will be joining the senior management team.
As Data and Compliance Manager, you can expect a highly competitive salary with a good overall benefits package.
As Funding Compliance and Data Manager, you will

Be responsible for the management information function, ensuring compliance and learner records are kept up to date
Manage the data relationship with funding partners
Lead the Data Team and have ownership of the data and funding partners
Be accountable for audits and compliance with ESFA and external partners, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant
Direct and manage an extensive range of management reports to ensure focused business intelligence.

Skills and Experience Required for the Compliance and MIS Manager

Proven track record of leading a Compliance and Data team
Comprehensive knowledge of current funding rules and Audit partners such as ESFA, Dfe and Ofsted
Work-Based Learning Sector knowledge is essential
Advanced skills in using MI Systems and Reporting Applications including PICS
Experience in using and interrogating ESFA PDSAT and FRM reports
Excellent Analytical skills
