**This Merton-based Secondary Academy is looking for a professional and dedicated SRC Manager to join their highly respected school. As SRC Manager, you will monitor and support students' overall progress and development as a mentor and course facilitatoras well as, facilitate and encourage a support/intervention experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. The successful SRC Manager will have GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent - Undergraduatedegree is desired, but not essential.
