Role and Responsibilities
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Project manage a new ecommerce website redesign project for delivery in 2024, ensuring customer experience excellence
- Manage and optimise the website, ensuring it is uptodate, userfriendly, and search engine optimized
- Conduct keyword research and analyse website traffic to identify opportunities for improving search engine rankings and increasing organic traffic.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, using HubSpot CRM
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and create automation campaigns and workflows in line with strategic focus.
- Assist with the creation, set up, and measurement of Paid Media campaigns across various social channels always seeking ways to improve and optimise
- Assist in the development, execution, and optimisation of Paid Search campaigns through keyword research, ad copy testing, landing page and bidding optimisations, automation, budget management, and competitor analysis
- Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against marketing and business goals
- Coordinate regular reporting to be shared with the Brand Manager and HoM on campaigns, activities and initiatives Middlesbrough
- Ensure online brand consistency, content production, and delivery across all digital platforms
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, identifying opportunities to incorporate new strategies and tactics into marketing plans

- 13 days per week office depending on Location
