We're looking for a Senior Estimator to join our Construction Team based out of our Aylesford office.

Aylesford, Kent

Contract:
Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities

As a Senior Estimator, you'll be working within the Construction Team, will typically be responsible for tenders valued between £10m and £100m.

Your day to day will include:

This role will be focused of advising, preparing and winning new tenders for the business. This will require you to manage robust and long-term relationships with clients and internal teams in line with the general strategy.
You will need to assist as well as manage the production of tender documents, attend pretender and post tender interviews and provide data as requested.
Not only will you have a large variety of project values to get involved with, you will also have the opportunity to work across a number of sectors including Education, Health, Heritage, Defence, Custodial, Commercial and Industrial

Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior Estimator is great for you if have:

An Estimating background and have a strong ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
Be highly organised and be able to present information in a logical manner.
Have strong communicator skills and work well independently and as part of a team.
