    Responsibilities:

    • Lead from the front, whilst making sure the bar is fully operational.
    • Manage, motivate, train and coach the bar team.
    • Budget control, while making the ROTAS and manage the inventory (wet stock).
    • Get involved in building a team and monitor their performance.
    • Keep the high standards levels and brief the team on a regular basis.
    • Create a culture where every individual feels valued and happy at work.

    Desired skills and attributes:

    • Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a fast-paced environment.
    • Leadership skills that come naturally.
    • Excellent knowledge of beverage products.
    • Can take the pressure whilst maintaining a focus mind.
    • A proud individual, who breaths hospitality and can train and coach a team.
