Lettings Negotiator - West Hampstead
Founded in 2013 Johns&Co. have been exceptional at selling and letting new homes.

We are continually expanding our portfolio and are breaking into the traditional housing market with 8 UK and 4 overseas offices.

And we aren't stopping there

We are a close-knit company, with quarterly socials, team bonding activities, sports days etc.

What will make you successful in this role? Lots of calls, viewings and knowing your available properties. You want customers to use you, so be organised, manage your workload, and go the extra mile.

Going to jail or get a hefty fine is something we all want to avoid, so be compliant, by set deadlines, and you'll be fine.

Training will be provided, and you'll have a clear progression plan so you constantly grow and develop.

Your teammates are highly driven and strive to be the top biller, and we want you to give them a run for their money.

A phone and laptop are provided and you'll have access to a company pool car, so you must have a full driving licence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Use your negotiation skills to agree the best deals for landlords
Arrange and carry out viewings
Regular communication with applicants
Understand and be aware of property laws and regulations
Meet and exceed targets/KPI's

Working Hours Salary

Monday - Thursday - 9:00 - 18:00 Base - £21,000 per annum
Friday - 9:00 - 17:00 Commission on top
Saturday - 10:00 - 16:00 (every other Saturday) OTE £35,000
