UP TO £130,000 + BENEFITS

THE ROLE


As the Head of Marketing Data Science, you can expect to provide clear leadership, direction, coaching, mentoring and support to your team.

Your leadership will help to steer the direction of analytics within the company. The team are also currently usingSQL, Python and R for working on a range of advanced analytical projects.

More specifically, as the Head of Marketing Data Science, you will be involved in the following:

  • Defining the analytics roadmap and strategy
  • Defining testing and experimentation strategy, monitoring performance of new site features, page configuration, funnel performance and site optimisation using a/b testing
  • Identifying key growth opportunity whilst fostering a great work culture and environment
  • Hiring new talent to grow the team
  • Working with stakeholders across various teams
  • Targeting customers with new products using Machine Learning
  • Delivering insights on customers including demographic, LTV and engagement

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Head of Marketing Data Science, will have the following skills and experience:

  • Analytical team leadership experience, inclusive of recruitment, retention, performance management
  • Excellent understanding and previous practical implementation of a/b testing and experiment design/frameworks
  • Experience or knowledge around MMM/Econometrics is desirable
  • Excellent ability to clearly communicate complex ideas
  • Excellent business judgement and strategic thinking, with the technical toolkit to enable delivery and strong experience in collaborating and coordinating across multiple business departments
  • Lead Marketing & customer project teams that use ML techniques
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills

BENEFITS
The successful Head of Marketing Science will receive a salary between £100,000-£130,000.
