Description
To provide efficient and effective admin support to the office. To have a working knowledge of the information technology systems in use within the Trust.

To record patient demographics and referrals on the hospital information system (PAS) and departments computer system To deal with queries, visitors, and telephone enquires in a helpful and courteous and efficient manner To update as necessary PAS and departments computer system in line with the Trusts policies and procedures on real time data collection and confidentiality.

To request and return medical notes and to collect from various departments within the Trust To carry out filing of letters and any photocopying To prepare patient information packs and resources for ward staff To attend relevant courses and undertake training necessary to manage the workload To attend relevant mandatory training Please refer to the Job Description for the full specification of responsibilities and requirements for this post.
