Apollo Interiors Ltd is a design and build company specialising in dental and medical fit outs. We are looking for a
Business Administrator to join our friendly team, based in Stotfold.


As Business Administrator for Apollo, you will provide essential administrative support to the business as well as assisting the project teams across all stages of a project's life cycle as required.


Main responsibilities:


Business support
Under direction from the Business Manager, you will provide
- day to day office support responding to ad hoc enquiries and maintaining office supplies and equipment
- management of the Apollo van fleet researching and implementing insurance renewals and liaising with drivers to book servicing, MOTs, parking and processing of PCNs
- assistance in the set-up and maintenance of company records using Apollo's project management software
- support to the Finance Manager reconciling monthly supplier statements with bookkeeping records and sharing monthly CIS statements with sub-contractors
- assistance with other miscellaneous administrative duties as required


Project support


Under direction from the wider team, you will support with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure projects run in line with the site programme.

These may include
- assisting with research at the tender stage of a project, investigating costs of materials as directed and assisting in the creation of tender documents or presentations
- preparing site health & safety packs and ensuring these are sent out to site at the start of a project
- supporting site teams with the booking of site clears and skips, and the purchasing of materials
- working from a finishes schedule to purchase materials, shopping around to ensure best value where possible


Required qualifications & experience

  • Maths and English GCSE at grade 4 (old grade C) or above
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • At least 1 year working in an administrative role

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£13.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 18 per week
