Description
We're a small team and we share multiple roles and responsibilities across the bakery. This role requires you to make sourdough bread, viennoiserie products and cakes.

Training will be provided, but experience in professional baking setting or prior professional training in baking or pastry is essential.


We are looking for someone who shares the same ethos in regenerative farming and provenance of ingredients, is excited about using British grown stoneground flour and detail-oriented.

The bakery is a small, fast-paced place to work. We need someone who is a team player, works efficiently and bringing positive energy to the team.

Weekly working hours are 43h.

5 working days, Wed-Sun. The earliest shift starts at 4am (no night shifts), so having means to commute in early hours is essential.

Salary advertised includes troncs & will be dependant on experience.


Salary:
£26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
