Role Profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and ensure that they are accurately recorded in the inventory system.
- Update inventory records on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure that inventory levels are sufficient and to identify discrepancies or issues.
- Prepare and package products for shipment to customers, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Ensure that all products are stored safely and securely and that warehouse space is utilized efficiently.
- Monitor and report any inventoryrelated issues to the management team and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1year experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills with the ability to accurately record and interpret data.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Forklift truck license and experience of operating forklift trucks is desirable.
- A good understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
