Social Research Team leader - DV Needed - London - 12 month contract

We're currently seeking experienced and ambitious Social Research Team leader to work with our exceptional client, a world class brand in a secure environment to drive major business transformation and process change (both cultural and technical) across this complex organisation which will run well into 2025.

You will be responsible for leading on community evaluation initiatives that cover complex government policies and programmes.

Job will entail:

Evaluation of complex government projects and programmes delivered to HMT Magenta and Green book standards.
Gathering robust data to inform evaluations whether quantitative and/or qualitative

Likely to be working across team/community and also plugging into partners when data gathering or communicating progress. Successful applicants will need to work individually as well when developing plans and evaluation products.

Prior experience working as an HMT Government Social Researcher is desirable although not a pre-requisite as prior experience in private sector (perhaps in a supplier capacity) also welcomed

Experience in commissioning or performing surveys highly desirable.
