The role

In this role you will be:

  • Maintaining best in class levels of customer service, continually going above and beyond to serve your customers/patients.
  • Contributing to the overall performance of the customer care team
  • Working collaboratively with other members of the customer care team and other teams cross functionally eg field teams
  • Constantly looking for new ways to improve their internal processes in order to drive efficiencies
  • Contribute during team meetings
  • Uphold and continuously rolemodel values and desired behaviours.

About you:


  • Customer service experience of at least 2 years within an office or telephony setting
  • Relationship management experience, being able to build strong relationships across a range of individuals and teams.
  • Strong communication skills, being a patient listener, with an empathic approach.
  • Able to learn quickly and understand terminology, to effectively describe and educate customers on products and ranges
  • Be able to commute to Nottingham 3 times a week.
