- Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:30pm, and alternate Saturdays 08:00am13.00pm (as per rota)._
Carbase is a family-owned business that over the last 20 years has grown into the largest, independent pre-owned dealership in the South West.
We're looking motivated, welcoming, and positive personality to join our busy Weston-super-Mare Workshop, to help us achieve our service goals and give the customer experience that we're known for.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting our customers and listening to their requests, taking note of all issues, and answering their queries
- Liaising with our technicians you'll schedule appointments and book in repairs and services.
- Keeping our customers updated with progress reports and followup calls, making sure expectations are being set, succeeded and surpassed where possible.
- Processing customer payments, providing cost estimations
- While liaising with our Preparation centre, our Parts and our Sales teams, to provide a seamless service
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer retention
- While displaying extensive knowledge about products and services to give a professional transaction and helping us demonstrate why we're the service to choose again.
What you'll need:
- Good standard of English and Maths: GCSE Level C and above, or Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 on the NQF or equivalent.
- Full UK Driving licence
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written, with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- While able to work on own initiative and to prioritise workloads
- Good IT skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Able to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally working to targets
- Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
