We are looking for confident, independent cleaner who can take direction and use their own initiative within this lovely primary school environment.

Salary
:
£9.05 per hour

Shift patterns:
Mon-Fri, 1:00pm-4:30pm or 7:00-10:30am

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school and residential areas.

Duties will usually include the following:

To be responsible for cleaning areas of the school, this includes the nursery setting.
The safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials following Health and Safety guidelines and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
To operate cleaning machinery in cleaning soft and hard surfaces, eg. vacuum cleaners and polishers following Health & Safety guidelines.
To maintain all School standards of hygiene and safety of all Cleaning equipment and Cleaning Cupboards in your charge.
To report any hazards, defects and any relevant factors to you supervisor

This position is term time only - with 3 deep cleans a year during holiday term.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 17.5 per week

£10.42 per hour
