THE ROLE:

To get under the skin of both the client's strategic goals and the problem you are trying to solve for their employees.

You always strive to create beautiful, simple experiences that deliver results

  • Design ideation; generating, developing, and communicating new creative ideas, that integrate visual, verbal, and experience design seamlessly
  • Educate and inspire the wider communication practice to believe in the power of creative solutions by consistently championing and testing creative ways to connect with our target audiences through brand and design
  • To be a key point of contact with relevant account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements.
  • To work as part of a team with copywriters, creative strategist, media experts, designers, consultants, web developers to ensure projects run smoothly

YOU:
A designer with experience working in a design studio, either client or agency side.
Expert knowledge of design tools including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of Sketch, Invision and Figma a bonus

  • Motion graphics or video skills would be a positive (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere)
  • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
  • Proactive with a mindset for innovation and new ways of working
  • Able to respond to a communications challenge with a wealth of strong, engaging and relevant ideas
  • Exceptional typography and layout skills
