Production Support Operative Reporting To:
Production Supervisor


OBJECTIVE
To fully support the Production Supervisor and Production Operatives in the following duties:

DUTIES

• Glass cutting and maintaining glass kits
• Organise and prepare the resin room
• Maintain resin and gelcoat requirements for Production Operatives
• Deliveries and collections in company vehicle as required
• Preparation of goods for despatch when available
• Ensure goods are loaded onto vehicle with correct delivery notes, labels and packaging
• Assist with Goods Inwards when available
• Ensure correct moulds are out/available for Production Operatives
• Clean, tidy and organise shop floor and stores as required
• Maintain company vehicle
• Any other duties as and when required

GENERAL

• Cover labouring duties as and when required
• Ensure all above duties are conducted in accordance with the company Health and Safety Policy

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Full driving license
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work extra hours as required for delivery schedules

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Fork lift truck training certificate

MISCELLANEOUS
Job holder must be well presented when on delivery duties.

Overtime available

• The company operates a zero tolerance alcohol and drugs policy._

Salary:
£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
