About Our Client:


My client is a Financial Services business based in Birmingham City Centre, seeking a Customer Service Advisor to come on board on a temporary 3 month contract.

As Customer Service Advisor, based in Birmingham, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Undertaking the day-to-day processing of assigned customer accounts cases and complex queries referred from frontline customer facing staff (branches, premier and contact centre, etc).
  • Setting up and maintaining of all account types (i.e. Fixed-Term Deposits (FTDs), Current, Savings etc., account switching (i.e. standing orders, Direct Debits, mandate updates etc.)
  • Dealing with account related queries across the bank network including, Direct Sales, Contact Centre and Transaction Processing (Payments)_._

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Customer Service Advisor will be:

  • Based within a commutable distance to Birmingham City Centre
  • Immediately available or available at short notice
  • A strong communicator written or verbal
  • Able to speak fluent English
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment

What's on Offer:

As Customer Service Advisor, based in Birmingham, you will be entitled to the following:

  • £23,000


  • FT Work Monday

  • Friday
  • 3 days working from home, 2 days in the office
  • 3 month temporary contract
