Description

The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit an experienced Panel Wirer/Electrical Assembler to work at our client's busy manufacturing site based in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Fitting, wiring, building and assembling power control cabinets
Reading and understanding electrical and schematic drawings and diagrams
Using hand tools to assemble components
Fitting electrical components and electrical wiring
Soldering and crimping
Installing large electrical control cabinets
Dealing with high and low volume wiring assemblies
Fault finding and repairing
Installing and testing electrical panels and cable assemblies
Maintaining of technical records
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 16:15, and Friday, 07:30 - 12:15.

Starting pay rate of £11.10 per hour.

This is for an immediate start, and an ongoing, full-time position, with the potential of earning a permanent contract after a 12-week qualifying period.
