The Role & Team

  • To provide a dedicated business support function to the Safeguarding Children Partnership with duties executed under the guidance and supervision of the Safeguarding Partnership Business Manager.
  • A large element of the post involves arranging partnership meetings, preparing draft agendas,

taking detailed minutes of all strategic Safeguarding Children Partnership Meetings. It also includes presenting data and information, making recommendations in terms of business support processes, in supporting the activities of the Partnership Subgroups. The role involves contribution to the delivery and administration of short-term work plans for delivering specific operational activities relating to Safeguarding Partnership Business, including the support for Practice Reviews.

  • This vacancy will be based initially at 3 Town Hall square, Grimsby, however you may be expected to work in an agile way from other buildings within North East Lincolnshire Council._
  • The closing date is the 14th of April 2023

About You

  • You will be working on a multi agency basis with a number of partner agencies. You will have experience of working in a similar environment and be able to manage a heavy workload, whilst being able to prioritise. You will also need to demonstrate effective use of ICT (e.g. MS office, Outlook, Word Excel)
