Multi Skilled Joiner

As we have increased demand on our Commercial, Social and Residential developments, we require a Multi Skilled Labourer to collaborate with our team of tradesmen.

We deliver a range of services including complete property refurbishment and alterations, building repairs and maintenance, aids and adaptations, voids and planned work programmes.


We work closely with our clients and are passionate about improving the standard of living in both private and social housing sectors.

Attributes

  • Experience of working on Local Authority / Social housing properties
  • Experience of working on planned work programmes
  • Experience of working in void properties
  • Experienced in general labour and strip out of bathrooms and wet rooms. Experience of other trades/sectors highly advantageous such as minor plumbing and isolating bathrooms, Plastering and floor laying.
  • Mentoring of apprentices
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Own tools and CSCS card are required
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • 5 Years industry experience

Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour
