Description

Liaise with other departments ensuring relevant information is communicated in a timely manner. To communicate patient progress through a pathway regularly and effectively to the relevant clinicians and managers. Support the investigation of long wait patient pathways e.g.

30 week and above Collect data retrospectively as and when required to help inform RTT related service reviews or breach analysis.

Co-ordinate and carry out manual validation of data prior to submission of weekly and monthly RTT reports
- by checking details in EPR, referral/clinic letters or other trust system
