Active Office is currently recruiting an Internal Salesperson based in Kilmarnock.This sales role has potential for development and offers a career opportunity for anyone who is looking to make a mark in a fast-paced environment into field sales, you will need to demonstrate previous success in a similar sales environment and present yourself as the future success of our business.
The Internal Salesperson will be part of a team who will contribute to the company's continued growth developing both existing and new customers.
Responsibilities
- Account management/repeat and new business selling over the phone to an established customer base.
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve agreed targets.
- Knowledge of working with an ERP system for order processing would be an advantage but not essential.
- Record all relevant market information into CRM.
- Coordinate sales requirements with the Account Managers
- Resolving customer queries and issues.
- General day to day office administration
Skills Profile
A minimum of 2 years sales experience, would be an advantage.
- Enthusiasm, energy, a desire to sell, and a desire to develop their longterm career.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The flexibility to travel to customers as required.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
