Description
Design, plan and deliver roll HF / SEIPS tool education for simulation educators, teaching fellows and clinical educators. 6-9 months
  • Ongoing work as above SEIPS review working with clinical teams Shared learning HF events started HF Champion training continues & start HF Champion forum starts HF / SEIPS tool education training continued Frimley Health engagement for foundation trainees with CTFs.
9-12 months
  • Ongoing work as above, and last education sessions.
Leadership 360 review and forward PDP plan Audit of activities and impact from SEIPS reviews with clinical teams Analysis of feedback and evaluations from SEIPS tool training, overall themes and learning Share work and impact at relevant boards & committees, regional, ICS and national meetings and or conferences as poster or oral presentations Share learning experience with the KSS deanery and and associated relevant events If a 0.4 clinical role is accepted, in addition to the funded 0.6 Fellowship, then 2 days per week, will be working on the clinical rota within the relevant directorate of Emergency Medicine (FPH) with Dr Nicola Biggs, or Paediatrics (WPH) with Dr Rekha Sanghavi.

On call and weekend working will be expected as part of the clinical rota.
