Care Navigator

Parishes Bridge Practice, located on Madeira Road, are dedicated to the care and well-being of their patients.

Our Mission is to provide the highest quality, patient centered, personal and continuing medical care specifically for our local population.

A role within General Practice. To assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate healthcare in a courteous, efficient and effective way.

Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

Duties:

Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintain a clean and organised reception area

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Please note that this position is for an in-office role at our location.

The part-time hours we are looking for are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & on Tuesdays.
