Due to continuing business growth, we are looking for a full-time Residential Property/Lettings Assistant, to be based at our office, in Perth city centre.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our property team, reporting to and supporting our existing branch staff.

The role will involve assisting with many aspects of our letting agency business, from client on-boarding to file closure, including, but not limited to:


  • Diary management e.g. booking appointments/ arranging viewings
  • General administrative duties, including inputting invoices
  • Managing property keys via our key logging system
  • Carrying out property viewings, inspections and inventories
  • Any other duties as directed by the Branch Manager
  • A minimum of 2 years' administrative experience, preferably in a publicfacing role
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be wellpresented and confident, with a professional manner and a great team player
  • Be flexible and proactive in your approach, able to multitask, prioritise your workload, work to deadlines
  • Be confident to make decisions, but know when to seek further clarification/advice
  • Have practical experience of using MS Office Applications
  • Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes (mileage allowance will be paid at the government set rate of 45p per mile for the first 10000 miles, 25p per mile thereafter)
  • Be willing to learn and develop your skill set and knowledge


Experience in a property lettings environment is desirable
but not essential as training will be provided, the hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with a one hour unpaid lunch break.


Our Perth office is an established business, and is part of an expanding group of lettings and estate agencies, providing landlords and tenants with a highly professional, efficient and friendly service.

Salary is dependent on experience.


Salary:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
